Job summary

Golden ABC, Inc. in Batangas is seeking a roving Visual Merchandiser to implement and audit in-store displays across brands in the designated area.

You will travel to different store branches around Lipa City and Batangas, lead store teams, and ensure displays align with guidelines. A 5-day work week with HMO, Insurance, paid leaves, and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of solid experience in apparel visual merchandising.
• Creative and passionate about fashion.
• Organized with good leadership and initiative.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement in-store visual displays across brands in the assigned area.
• Audit display standards and correct improper layouts.
• Coordinate display changes with store teams and monitor stock positioning.
• Travel between branches around Lipa City and Batangas.
• Develop in-store Visual Merchandisers for each store.
• Support store openings with proper display setup.
• Document challenges and help stores improve displays.
• Maintain display inventory and props.

• Ensures, checks, and implements store displays aligned with guidelines, standards, campaign roll out & other launch directions for all brands in assigned area.
• Audits store visual merchandising display skills and standards.
• Corrects improper displays and reviews capacity and stock positioning.
• Implements changes in display and store layout as necessary.
• Documents store-specific challenges and helps stores find solutions to improve displays.
• Improves the styling and display skills of store teams.
• Develops in-store Visual Merchandisers for each store
• Supports store openings by coordinating efforts, reporting on store development, and facilitating proper display setup.
• Audits visual merchandising props inventory.
• Work is typically performed in a Roving Setup
• Very limited exposure to physical risk.
• Willingness to travel to different store branches around Lipa City, Batangas.
