About the role

We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Officer to join TL Sales and Management Services Inc. in a full-time capacity based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This role represents a unique opportunity to bridge technical design principles with creative retail execution, applying engineering-based visual solutions to enhance product presentation and customer engagement. As Visual Merchandising Officer, you will be instrumental in translating strategic merchandising objectives into compelling visual displays that drive sales and elevate brand presence across our retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create visually compelling product displays and window installations that align with brand standards and marketing campaigns

• Develop detailed visual merchandising plans and layouts using technical drafting skills to ensure precision and consistency across all retail locations

• Prepare accurate technical drawings, schematics and specifications for display fixtures, signage and promotional installations

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate campaign concepts into practical visual merchandise solutions

• Monitor and maintain visual standards across all assigned retail spaces, ensuring displays remain current and impactful

• Source, procure and manage materials, fixtures and props required for merchandising installations

• Conduct regular audits of visual presentations and implement corrective measures to maintain brand consistency

• Liaise with store teams to coordinate installation timelines and ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives

• Document all visual merchandising activities through photography and detailed records for future reference and analysis

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail display design within a commercial environment

• Proficiency in technical drafting tools and software, including CAD (Computer-Aided Design) or similar design applications

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation, particularly as applied to structural design and spatial planning

• Excellent eye for design, colour theory, composition and aesthetic principles

• Demonstrated ability to create detailed technical drawings, floor plans and schematic layouts

• Solid knowledge of retail merchandising best practices and current visual trends

• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple installations simultaneously

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency

• Flexibility and willingness to work on-site during installation and execution phases

• Diploma or certification in graphic design, engineering, merchandising or a related field (preferred)
