About the role

Abenson Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Brand Experience Supervisor | Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic marketing and brand management team. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling brand experiences and overseeing visual merchandising strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive brand loyalty. You will play a crucial part in translating our brand vision into tangible, immersive experiences that resonate with our target audience across all customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive visual merchandising strategies for retail spaces, ensuring optimal product presentation and brand alignment
2. Create engaging in-store displays and installations that capture customer attention and encourage purchasing decisions
3. Oversee the implementation of seasonal and promotional campaigns from a visual and experiential perspective
4. Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all locations
5. Monitor and analyse visual merchandising performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
6. Train and mentor retail staff on brand standards, product knowledge and customer experience excellence
7. Conduct regular audits of retail environments to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and visual standards
8. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour to inform innovative brand experience initiatives
9. Coordinate with store management to troubleshoot merchandising challenges and implement corrective actions

What we're looking for

1. 3-5 years of proven experience in visual merchandising, brand experience or retail management roles
2. Strong understanding of brand management principles and the ability to translate brand strategy into visual execution
3. Demonstrated proficiency in creating compelling visual displays and understanding of design principles, colour theory and spatial planning
4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage retail teams effectively
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
7. Proficiency in using design software or visual merchandising tools is advantageous
8. Knowledge of retail operations and point-of-sale systems
9. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail seasons
10. Relevant qualifications in marketing, brand management, visual design or retail management are preferred
