Job summary

Executive Optical, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to manage store displays, merchandising standards, and product presentation across branches in Makati.

You will ensure proper placement of eyewear, signage, and fixtures according to guidelines, while maintaining clean, organized displays and supporting promotional campaigns. The role involves coordinating with store personnel, training staff on VM standards, and generating activity reports.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in Visual Merchandising, Retail, Interior Design, Fashion design, or related field.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to follow design direction.
• Basic knowledge in layout, aesthetics, and color coordination.
• Willing to travel and work flexible schedules for branches installations.
• Willing to work in Chino Roces, Makati City.
• Fresh graduates of related arts courses are encouraged to APPLY.

Responsibilities

• Store display: ensure proper placement of products, signage, and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.
• Assist in the installation of window displays.
• Assist in the promotional set-ups.
• Coordinate with store personnel for execution of VM directives.
• Train store staff on basic display maintenance and VM standards.
• Submit before-and-after photos for completed display work.
• Prepare VM activity reports, compliance checks, and store visit logs.
• Assist in inventory monitoring of VM props and marketing materials.
• Report store concerns (damaged fixtures, missing materials, etc.).
• Dismantle and update setups based on timelines.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Store Display Execution

• Ensure proper placement of products, signage, and fixtures based on guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.

• Assist in the installation of window displays.

• Assist in the promotional set-ups.

2. Merchandising Standards

• Follow brand VM guidelines in all branches assigned.

• Conduct regular store visits to check compliance on visual execution.

3. Product Presentation

• Ensure correct display of eyewear, accessories, and promotional materials.

• Execute product grouping by color, style, pricing, and brand story.

• Monitor replenishment of display stocks and rotation of featured items.

4. Promotional & Seasonal Displays

• Assist with set-up for monthly promotions, new collections, and seasonal campaigns.

• Prepare display materials and props ahead of installation schedules.

• Support in dismantling and updating setups based on timelines.

5. Store Support & Coordination

• Coordinate with store personnel for execution of VM directives .

• Train store staff on basic display maintenance and VM standards.

• Report store concerns (damaged fixtures, missing materials, etc.).

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Submit before-and-after photos for completed display work.

• Prepare VM activity reports, compliance checks, and store visit logs.

• Assist in inventory monitoring of VM props and marketing materials.
