Air Liquide Philippines is seeking a Business Development Specialist for VisMin, based in Consolacion. You will generate new revenue by identifying opportunities, conducting client visits to assess needs, and delivering gas-supply solutions that meet customer objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and 3–5 years in sales engineering, with a driving license and willingness to travel. Strong communication and customer-focus are essential to success in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• 3–5 years sales engineering experience; technical background is a plus.
• Driving license and own car; willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Excellent social behavior with effective communication and customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify leads by conducting cold calls and physical visits to perform needs assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions across different gas modes of supply that align with client needs.
• Prepare and submit commercial offers, and negotiate and sign contracts with adherence to Air Liquide policy.
• Record and monitor business activities (customers and market) through CRM and forecasting of portfolio growth.
