Job summary

Air Liquide Philippines is hiring a Business Development Specialist for VisMin, based in Consolacion. The role focuses on generating revenue by identifying opportunities, forming partnerships, and delivering gas-supply solutions across Bulk, Packaged gas, Microbulk, and E&I offerings.

The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, prepare commercial offers, and negotiate contracts while maintaining strong client relationships and a market-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• 3-5 years sales engineering experience; technical experience is a plus.
• Own a driving license and a car.
• Willing to travel to customers' area.
• Excellent social behavior with effective communication, learning agility and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads by cold calls and visits to assess client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized gas supply solutions.
• Prepare and submit commercial offers; negotiate and sign contracts per policy.
• Record and monitor business activities using CRM and provide portfolio forecasting.
