Air Liquide Philippines is seeking a Business Development Specialist for VisMin to generate new revenue by identifying opportunities, partnerships, and new product/service offers that fit local markets. You will lead cold calls and site visits, design customized gas-supply solutions, prepare offers, and negotiate contracts while tracking activities in the CRM.

Travel to customers is required and a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business with 3-5 years sales engineering experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is required.
• 3–5 years of sales engineering experience is preferred.
• Willing to travel to customers' area.
• Own a driving license and a car is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Generate and qualify leads via cold calls and site visits to assess client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized gas-supply solutions.
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts adhering to policy.
• Record activities and forecast portfolio growth in the CRM.
