Job summary

Air Liquide Philippines is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive VisMin growth by identifying opportunities, forming partnerships, and expanding our bulk and packaged gas solutions. You will conduct cold calls and site visits, tailor commercial offers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to customers.

A bachelor’s in engineering or business, 3–5 years sales engineering experience, a driving license, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales engineering experience, preferably with technical know-how.
• Excellent communication and customer-focus mindset.
• Must own a driving license and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads into prospects via cold calls and site visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized gas solutions.
• Prepare and submit commercial offers and negotiate contracts within policy.
• Record and monitor activities and forecast portfolio growth in CRM.
