Job summary

Bo's Coffee in Cebu City is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee performance, efficiency, and service quality across VisMin stores. You will lead store teams, enforce SOPs, and drive profitability while coordinating with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Marketing teams.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets, training, and compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements. Travel to stores will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit operations, preferably in F&B or café.
• Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with POS and inventory systems.
• Willing to travel regularly to store locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations across multiple locations, ensuring standards and KPIs are met.
• Lead and develop Store Managers and Supervisors, manage staffing and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Commissary for timely supplies and inventory control.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand execution across stores.
• Monitor P&L, labor, waste, and controllable costs; implement profitability improvements.
• Support training and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
