Job summary

Vogue Concepts Inc. seeks a Store Manager to drive the overall success of store operations across all Cebu stores. You will lead sales performance, retail operations, inventory management, and team development while ensuring excellent customer service and strict adherence to brand standards.

You will collaborate with Brand Heads to execute business strategies and achieve ambitious sales targets, manage costs, and maintain a high‑performing, customer‑centric store network in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion.
• Strong leadership, sales and operations management skills.
• Experience managing multiple stores is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor store performance and implement action plans to drive sales growth.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations of all Cebu stores.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational reviews.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
• Ensure accurate stock management and inventory controls.
• Minimize stock loss and support timely replenishment.
• Prepare and submit operational and sales reports.
• Manage store expenses and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with support departments for smooth store operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
• Identify training needs and support employee development.
• Foster a positive, high-performing work environment.
