Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead opening/closing procedures and floor duties to sustain service speed.
• Ensure drink consistency and calibrate espresso equipment.
• Onboard and coach baristas, monitor shift performance, resolve issues.
• Track PAR levels, log waste, counts, and reconcile cash.
