MicroSourcing is hiring an Optical Assistant for Vision Express at SM CDO, Cagayan de Oro. This onsite role supports pre-sales lens advice, prescription verification, and order lifecycle management.

You will collaborate with product teams and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has deep lens knowledge, strong high-volume customer service experience, and proficiency with enterprise CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of single vision, progressive, and bifocal lens parameters.
• Advanced CRM proficiency for service & order handling.
• Excellent English communication to explain optical concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert pre-sales advice on lens selections, coatings, and frame fitment.
• Interpret and verify complex optical prescriptions before production.
• Investigate and resolve high-level customer complaints using technical discretion.
