Job summary

Citiworks Manpower Resources Corp. is seeking an Optical Retail Associate in Cavite to greet customers, suggest frames and lenses, explain pricing and promotions, and handle sales accurately. You will coordinate orders with the optometrist or lab, keep displays neat, and support after-sales service.

The role requires strong communication, honesty, and weekend/holiday availability in a fast-paced store. Training covers basic product knowledge and vision care.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Diploma (College level is an advantage).
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a pleasing personality.
• Willing to assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, contact lenses, and other optical products.
• Willing to learn basic product knowledge and vision care.
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Can work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Willing to be assigned to any branch within the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers.
• Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Coordinate customer orders with the optometrist or laboratory.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
• Monitor and replenish inventory.
