Vision Express Philippines invites an experienced Store Manager to lead Vision Express Festival Mall, drive sales performance, and oversee store operations with a focus on customer experience.

You will coach and develop store personnel, manage inventory and visual merchandising, ensure compliance with policies, and achieve KPI targets while working shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of retail/store management experience.
• Strong background in sales, store operations, inventory, and customer service.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Familiarity with POS and retail management systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve revenue and KPI targets
• Manage daily store operations, cash handling, inventory, and merchandising
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Lead, coach, and develop store personnel
• Monitor store performance, expenses, and opportunities for business growth
