The position focuses on clinical quality, prescription review, documentation, and training within a non-patient-facing environment. The Optician will collaborate with U.S.-based vision experts and support workflow development, compliance, and systems training while maintaining strict adherence to corporate procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willing to learn U.S. vision operations and healthcare systems.
• Able to work onsite in Mandaue City, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Serve as optical subject matter resource for Clinical Operations and Operations teams.
• Review vision and optical workflows from clinical and operational perspectives.
• Review optical prescriptions and related documentation for completeness and consistency.
• Develop familiarity with U.S. prescription terminology and documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. vision regulations and internal procedures.
• Provide optical knowledge on frames, lenses, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist in training Operations and onsite personnel on optical workflows and procedures.
