Job summary

DIAMOND LABORATORIES INC. is seeking a driven Sales Representative to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and maintain robust relationships with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and other key accounts in the Visayas region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• 1–2 years sales experience preferred in pharma, healthcare, FMCG, or distribution.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are welcome.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel within Visayas.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the Visayas territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and other key accounts.
• Conduct regular field visits to promote products and services.
• Present and promote the company's products and services to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate new accounts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and close transactions.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer orders, deliveries, and concerns.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and company events.
• Maintain updated customer records and territory coverage plans.
