Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Distributor Manager to join our sales team in Manila City. This full-time role oversees distributor performance, market coverage, and growth through strategic partnerships.

You will travel regularly to field locations across Visayas to build networks and ensure alignment with company standards. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in distributor/account management within beverage or FMCG, strong sales acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 7 years in account and relationship management within beverage or FMCG sectors.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate distributor networks.
• Strong sales acumen with distributor growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the performance of assigned distributors, ensuring they meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement distributor strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor distributor operations, inventory levels, and compliance with company standards.
• Provide training and coaching to distributor teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly.
• Analyze market trends and distributor performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns with distributor partners.
• Prepare detailed reports on distributor performance, market conditions, and sales forecasts for senior management.
• Negotiate distributor agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
• Identify and recruit new distributors in untapped markets to expand our distribution network.
