Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Distributor Manager to lead distributor relationships and drive sales growth across key markets in Manila and beyond. The role focuses on performance management, market coverage, and strategic partnerships to achieve ambitious sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in distributor networks, strong sales and analytical skills, and the ability to travel regularly for field activities across North Luzon and nearby regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in account and relationship management, preferably in beverage or FMCG.
• Proven track record of managing and motivating distributor networks.
• Strong sales acumen with ability to develop and execute distributor growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor performance to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement distributor strategies for market penetration and brand visibility.
• Conduct field visits to monitor distributor operations and compliance with standards.
• Provide training and coaching to distributor teams on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Analyze market trends and distributor data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate promotions, launches, and campaigns with distributor partners.
• Prepare reports on distributor performance, market conditions, and forecasts for senior management.
• Negotiate distributor agreements and ensure compliance with policies.
• Identify and recruit new distributors in untapped markets.
