Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Distributor Manager to join our sales team in Manila City, Metro Manila. You will oversee distributor performance, develop market coverage, and drive sales growth through strategic partnerships with distributor networks.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and travel across Mindanao as needed. A minimum of 7 years in account/relationship management in beverage/FMCG is preferred. Full-time, on-site position.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in account and relationship management, preferably in beverage/FMCG.
• Proven track record of managing and motivating distributor networks.
• Strong sales acumen with ability to develop and execute distributor growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Data analysis and performance reporting proficiency.
• Knowledge of Philippine beverage market and distribution channels is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel regularly to field locations and assignment anywhere in Mindanao.

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing and developing our distributor relationships across key markets. As Distributor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing distributor performance, ensuring effective market coverage, and driving sales growth through strategic partnership management. This role is essential to our commercial success and directly contributes to achieving our ambitious sales targets and market expansion objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the performance of assigned distributors, ensuring they meet sales targets and key performance indicators
• Develop and implement distributor strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor distributor operations, inventory levels, and compliance with company standards
• Provide training and coaching to distributor teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with distributors, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly
• Analyse market trends and distributor performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns with distributor partners
• Prepare detailed reports on distributor performance, market conditions, and sales forecasts for senior management
• Negotiate distributor agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
• Identify and recruit new distributors in untapped markets to expand our distribution network

What we’re looking for

• With at least 7 years of experience in account and relationship management, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating distributor networks
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to develop and execute distributor growth strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting
• Knowledge of the Philippine beverage market and distribution channels is highly advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple distributor accounts simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenging business situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly to field locations
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao
