Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Distributor Manager to join our sales team in Manila City, Metro Manila. You will oversee distributor performance, develop market coverage, and drive sales growth through strategic partnerships with distributor networks.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and travel across Mindanao as needed. A minimum of 7 years in account/relationship management in beverage/FMCG is preferred. Full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in account and relationship management, preferably in beverage/FMCG.
• Proven track record of managing and motivating distributor networks.
• Strong sales acumen with ability to develop and execute distributor growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Data analysis and performance reporting proficiency.
• Knowledge of Philippine beverage market and distribution channels is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel regularly to field locations and assignment anywhere in Mindanao.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee distributor performance against targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement distributor strategies to increase market penetration.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor distributor operations and compliance.
• Provide training to distributor teams on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Build relationships with distributors and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Analyze market trends and distributor data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate promotions, product launches, and campaigns with distributor partners.
• Prepare reports on distributor performance, market conditions, and sales forecasts for senior management.
• Negotiate distributor agreements and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify and recruit new distributors in untapped markets to expand the network.
