PAPH TRAVEL AND TOURS in Quezon City is seeking a Visa – Liaison Officer to manage visa applications, permits, and official documents while coordinating with government agencies, banks, and embassies.
You will ensure timely submissions, follow-ups, and secure handling of confidential information, perform bank transactions as authorized, and support management with related duties.
Work schedule is six days per week with shifting hours; location is 61 C, Roosevelt Ave, Santa Cruz, Quezon City, 1104.
Job Summary: The Visa – Liaison Officer is responsible for processing visa applications, permits, and official documents while coordinating with government agencies, banks, embassies, and partner institutions. The role ensures timely submissions, follow-ups, and document releases, handles authorized bank transactions, and maintains confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain good relationships with government offices, banks, and partner agencies.
File visa applications and claim results.
Process and follow up permits, licenses, accreditations, and other official documents required by PAPH.
Perform bank-related transactions including cash and check deps, withdrawals, fund transfers, and payment processing as authorized.
Prepare and securely handle bank deps slips, official receipts, and related financial documents.
Deliver and receive important documents, correspondence, and legal papers.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive financial and organizational information.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Others: May be assigned other related tasks by the Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least Senior High School Graduate
Experience in liaison work, visa processing, government transactions, or administrative work is an advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills
Must have driver's license and own vehicle (motor etc.)
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-oriented
Willing to conduct fieldwork and government/bank transactions
Able to handle confidential documents and financial transactions responsibly
Knowledge of basic banking transactions is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Work Schedule: 6 days a week | Shifting Schedule (No Night Shift)
