Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
• Process customer requests including orders, returns, billing, and account updates.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain detailed records in the company database.
• Follow scripts and procedures with a friendly approach.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance targets (CSAT, FCR, handling times).
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues.
