Job summary

Our client is a New Zealand-based appearance medicine company expanding its educational offerings and preparing to launch an NZQA diploma. They are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to help develop high-quality online courses and educational resources.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong AI and digital content creation skills. You'll collaborate with the client and an existing assistant to develop course materials, create workbooks and presentations, and manage projects across multiple brands.

Proficiency in Claude, ChatGPT, Jotform, and Canva is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop online course content, workbooks, presentations, and slide decks using AI tools and Canva.
• Support the planning and organisation of NZQA diploma course materials.
• Create and manage forms and digital workflows using Jotform.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines, targeting 95% on-time task completion.
• Collaborate with the team, attend weekly Zoom meetings, and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Claude, ChatGPT, Jotform, and Canva.

Work Setup & Compensation

• Employment: Part-time, 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time.
• Location: Remote, Philippines.
• Schedule: Aligned with New Zealand Time (NZT); specific working days to be confirmed.
• Rate: NZD $6.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Performance & Growth
