Job summary

SourceU is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant in a remote role based in the Philippines to help develop high-quality online courses and educational resources using AI tools. You will collaborate with the client and an existing assistant to produce course materials, workbooks, presentations, and manage projects across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate has strong English writing, detail orientation, and the ability to work NZ-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Claude, ChatGPT, Jotform and Canva.
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in AI-assisted content development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop online course content, workbooks, presentations, and slide decks using AI tools and Canva.
• Support planning and organisation of NZQA diploma course materials.
• Create and manage forms and digital workflows with Jotform.
• Manage multiple projects with 95% on-time completion.
• Attend weekly Zoom meetings and provide progress updates.
