We have an opening for an experienced, detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help a bold, purpose-driven coaching brand shine online. The role spans creating and scheduling social content, managing website, funnel, and email platforms, supporting client onboarding, and keeping our online community engaged. We need a proactive person who takes ownership without waiting for the next instruction: sharp, confident with technology, and genuinely eager to grow with a fast-moving, creative team.
Produce short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) in CapCut or Descript
Upload, schedule, and manage social media content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Substack
Build and update graphics from Canva templates (carousels, reel covers, quote graphics)
Look after website and funnel content, including updates in Showit, listings in ThriveCart, and course content in MemberVault or similar platforms
Format, send, and monitor email newsletters through GoHighLevel or Mailchimp, tracking open rates and top-performing content
Help onboard clients with welcome emails, resource delivery, and templated responses to common inquiries
Moderate and manage online community spaces, covering request approvals, comment monitoring, and engagement support during launches
Set up and maintain Zoom for recordings and calls, and resolve basic platform/link issues
Keep digital asset folders in Google Drive in order, including testimonials, graphics, and reusable content
Support general digital operations (event coordination, PDFs, lead magnets) and keep current with AI tools that streamline workflow
Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation
Proficient with CapCut or Descript for video editing
Strong working knowledge of Canva
Experience keeping digital assets and files organized in Google Drive
Working knowledge of website/funnel/course platforms such as Showit, ThriveCart, or MemberVault
Experience formatting and sending email newsletters (GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, or similar)
Diligent, detail-minded, and able to work without oversight
Strong communication skills and responsiveness on Messenger/WhatsApp
Confident with technology and able to troubleshoot basic platform issues
Experience with ConvertKit
Background supporting coaches, creatives, or online course-based businesses
Interest in personal growth, spirituality, or the coaching/wellness space
Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) for more efficient workflows
Experience with podcast support (show notes, episode uploads)
Ability to manage several projects and priorities in tandem
