Overview:
AgentSync connects skilled Filipino Executive Assistants and Elite Specialist Assistants with Australian businesses. AI-empowered support is a core part of how we deliver value to clients.
The Tech & Capability Building (T&C) department builds that capability. We run AiSync Monthly, our monthly AI learning program where VAs pick up new skills, build real AI workflows for their clients and themselves, and showcase what they've built. We also deliver internal training such as AI Foundations, and look after the tools and systems behind the business.
The Role:
You'll be the hands-on AI practitioner at the centre of AgentSync's AI capability. Your job is to help our VAs go from curious to confident builders, keep the AiSync community active and growing, and help the Director shape new AI-powered services.
This isn't an assistant role. We're looking for someone who knows AI tools more deeply than most, brings their own ideas, and can carry work from concept to delivery on their own.
- Compensation: 2000 AUD/month
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sydney Time (inclusive of 1-hour unpaid lunch break) Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Run the AiSync Monthly program
- Plan, prepare and host the monthly AiSync webinar, including guest speakers and participant showcases.
- Come up with your own webinar topics and formats based on participant needs and new AI developments.
- Own live participation and project completion. Find ways to get more VAs attending live and finishing their builds, not just watching the recording.
- Check in regularly with participants on how their AI projects are progressing, and follow up when projects stall.
- Curate session recordings, prompts, templates and showcased builds into a reusable AiSync knowledge library.
Support and mentor learners
- Run office hours for participants who need more dedicated, one-to-one guidance.
- Help participants troubleshoot their AI builds, from prompts and workflows to integrations and automations.
- Mentor VAs on scoping, building and presenting AI projects for their clients.
- Co-deliver AgentSync's AI Foundations training and help keep its content current.
- Coach VAs on safe, responsible AI use, especially handling client data and choosing approved tools.
Keep the community engaged
- Keep the AiSync community page active with regular posts, prompts, wins and discussion.
- Share relevant AI trends, tool updates and use cases in plain language for VAs.
- Recognise and showcase participant achievements to build momentum.
Work with stakeholders
- Work with Partner Success Managers to answer client questions and concerns about AiSync and AI-assisted work.
- Give the Director a short monthly update on participation, project status, wins and blockers.
Innovation and internal systems
- Work with the Director to design and launch AgentSync's new agentic line of business.
- Find and recommend ways to streamline internal systems and workflows with AI.
- Vibe-code simple apps and tools using Claude Code and/or low-cost platforms.
- Test new AI tools and platforms, and give a clear recommendation on whether to adopt each one, based on cost, risk and fit.
- Document every build you create or support with a short SOP or handover note.
Qualifications
We're hiring for skills and a strong portfolio, not years of experience.
Must-have
- Advanced, hands-on use of LLM tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), including prompt design, projects, custom instructions and file-based workflows.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools, such as AI agents, MCP connectors, Claude Code or API integrations.
- A portfolio of AI workflows, automations or apps you've built yourself.
- Ability to vibe-code simple apps or tools using Claude Code and/or low-code platforms.
- Experience building automations with tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n or Google Apps Script.
- Training or coaching experience, with a patient, clear teaching style for beginner-to-intermediate learners.
- Confident facilitation and presentation skills, including hosting live online sessions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills: you can diagnose why a workflow or build isn't working.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Self-directed: you manage your own priorities and deliver without close supervision.
- Sound judgement on AI data privacy and responsible use.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in the VA, BPO or offshoring industry, or working with Australian clients.
- Community management experience.
- Experience with CRMs (e.g. GoHighLevel) and project management tools (e.g. ClickUp).
- Content creation for social or community platforms.

- AI: Claude (including Claude Code), plus other LLM tools as needed
- CRM: Tekmatix (GoHighLevel-based)
- Project management: ClickUp
- Workspace: Google Workspace
