Next Level IT Teleservices in the Philippines seeks a world-class associate to support our clients' businesses. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, performing administrative tasks, and using CRM, Telephony and ERP systems.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with BPO experience, has strong English communication, and can work night shifts in Villamonte, Bacolod. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
