Job summary

Next Level IT Teleservices is seeking a world class appointment setter to help our clients’ businesses thrive. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, interact with CRM, Telephony, and ERP systems, and maintain professional conduct with customers and colleagues.

This role requires night shifts in Bacolod and flexibility for weekends/holidays, with at least 1 year of BPO experience and strong English communication. Filipino citizens or authorized residents are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Has work experience in an international BPO / call center setting.
• College graduate with 1-year BPO experience.
• Above average English communication skills.
• Able to work at night in Villamonte Barangay, Bacolod.
• Able working on shifts, holidays, weekends & extended work hours.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
