About the role

The VIP Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized experience to VIP clients by managing their needs throughout their visit. This role involves overseeing personal shopping services, food ordering, and valet parking to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience. The VIP Specialist must be attentive, professional, and capable of handling various tasks to meet and exceed VIP expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet VIP clients upon arrival and inquire about their shopping needs


• Input transaction details into the JC Kiosk and assist VIPs to the VIP Room


• Present the JC VIP Menu for food and beverage options


• Facilitate order placement and coordinate payment processes, including cash, card, QR, and online payments


• Manage product release and delivery options, ensuring items are either brought to the VIP's car or arranged for delivery


• Present the exclusive JC VIP Menu and relay food orders to Team Leaders of food carts


• Manage payment for food orders, including cash, QR code payments, and online transactions


• Welcome VIP clients to the parking lot and handle car keys for valet parking


• Ensure adequate parking space and manage vehicle placement


• Prepare the car for departure, ensuring it is clean, comfortable, and ready for a smooth exit

About you

• Bachelor's degree or College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Operation, or equivalent


• 6-12 months of experience in VIP or luxury customer service


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Good organizational, stress, and time management skills


• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
