You will oversee personal shopping services, food ordering, and valet coordination to ensure seamless visits and a luxurious atmosphere. The role requires Bachelor''s degree and 6–12 months in VIP or luxury customer service, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college degree in Business Studies, Administration, Operations, or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of VIP or luxury customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience handling multiple payment methods.
• Ability to adapt to VIP clients' preferences.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP clients and inquire about their shopping needs.
• Input transaction details into the JC Kiosk and escort VIPs to the VIP Room.
• Present the JC VIP Menu for food and beverage options.
• Coordinate order placement and various payment methods.
• Arrange product release and delivery options to the VIP.
• Relay food orders to Team Leaders and coordinate with the Food Cart Crew.
• Welcome VIPs to the parking area and handle car keys for valet parking.
• Manage parking space and vehicle placement.
• Prepare the car for departure and ensure comfort.
• Provide courteous farewell and address last-minute requests.
