Westside Resort is seeking a Guest Experience Butler to deliver exceptional VIP guest services, including reservations, F&B service, and guest errands. The role requires superior communication, professional demeanor, and flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules.

Experience in a 5-star hotel and PMS familiarity are highly valued. You will be among the first contact for VIP guests, ensuring satisfaction, handling complaints, and collaborating with departments to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline.
• 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel in the same capacity or similar role.
• Computer literate with PMS as an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken language.
• Additional language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Check-in and check-out using established systems; allocate rooms and escort guests.
• Balance cash float at end of each shift.
• Provide butler services including in-room dining, shoeshine, and pressing.
• Respond to guest inquiries with courteous, professional service.
• Identify VIPs and ensure all requirements are met; upsell to maximize revenue.
