Job summary

Bloomberry Resorts And Hotels Inc. on the Manila floor seeks a VIP Guest Services Host to meet on-floor VIP guest needs and ensure a high standard of service.

You will identify premium customers and build rapport to encourage repeat visits, while handling interests and issues promptly. Responsibilities include assisting with reservations for Tables, Slots and Salon, updating arrivals/departures, and recording guest interactions in the Player 360 system.

Qualifications

• On-floor VIP guest needs must be met and handled promptly.
• Identify good and regular customers and provide high-standard service.
• Builds rapport with customers for acquisitions, growth and retention.
• Anticipates guest needs and resolves issues immediately.
• Records interactions in the Player 360 system and updates preferences.
• Notifies management of suspicious activity and supports promotions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Table, Slots & Salon reservations for on-floor VIP guests.
• Prepare arrivals/departures and update hotel room reservations for players.
• Gathers guest feedback to enhance events, promotions and in-house programs.
• Coordinate with Events & Promotions for on-property activities.
