Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in VIP Hosts team, preferably in iGaming or mobile F2P games.
• Strong understanding of American culture.
• Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with VIP players using multiple channels.
• Build personal relationships by understanding players' backgrounds and interests.
• Track product developments and relay new information to players.
• Analyze player behavior to identify patterns.
• Collect and communicate player feedback to the team.
