WPT Global seeks a VIP Strategy & Growth Manager to shape how we identify, develop, and retain high-value players. You will leverage player data, segmentation, and performance insights to drive engagement, progression, retention, and reactivation.

This highly analytical role requires translating behavioural insights into actionable strategies, collaborating with Data and cross-functional teams, and continuously refining approaches as player behaviour evolves.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in VIP, CRM, lifecycle, retention, growth, or player strategy within iGaming.
• Strong understanding of VIP player behaviour and lifecycle management.
• Experience using player data to develop commercial strategies.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for VIP/high-potential segments focusing on engagement and retention.
• Analyse player behaviour and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data to improve VIP identification and management.
• Create segmentation strategies to prioritise VIP groups.
• Build initiatives to transition high-potential players to VIP status.
• Evaluate performance and commercial impact of VIP strategies.
• Refine strategies based on data and trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve VIP lifecycle and journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies.
• Provide clear recommendations to stakeholders based on analysis.
