Responsibilities

• Provide first-class concierge support to high-value clients and guests.
• Coordinate and administer property bookings from first request through to confirmation.
• Arrange reservations for premium experiences (restaurants, golf, excursions).
• Research and propose alternative options when a service is unavailable.
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, venues, and service providers.
• Set up, administer, and grow social media pages for properties across Facebook and Instagram.
• Produce and schedule branded content that promotes properties and drives bookings.
• Run social media campaigns to reach new audiences and drive traffic beyond booking channels.
• Respond to comments and inquiries promptly across platforms.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information with utmost professionalism.
