This dual-focus post pairs white-glove concierge support — handling bookings, reservations, and special requests — with hands-on social media management that grows the visibility of our properties. The right person is an exceptional communicator who reads needs before they're voiced, resolves problems gracefully, and brings a creative eye to building an audience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver first-class concierge support to high-value clients and guests, answering questions and reading their needs ahead of time
• Coordinate and administer property bookings from first request through to confirmation
• Arrange reservations for restaurants, golf, excursions, and other premium guest experiences
• Research and put forward alternative options when a requested service or booking isn't available
• Build and maintain professional relationships with restaurants, venues, and service providers
• Set up, administer, and grow dedicated social media pages for individual properties across Facebook and Instagram
• Produce and schedule branded content — photos, posts, and captions — that promotes properties and drives bookings
• Run social media campaigns that reach new audiences and pull traffic outside traditional booking channels
• Reply to comments, inquiries, and direct messages across social media platforms promptly
• Treat sensitive client information with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven customer service or concierge track record, ideally with high-end or VIP clients
