You will schedule posts, engage communities, create short-form video content, and report performance within a CRM-driven workflow. The ideal candidate is results-focused, creative, and capable of working independently with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM/marketing automation tool.
• Experience creating and repurposing short-form video content.
• Strong content calendar planning and scheduling skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a content calendar across social media platforms
• Schedule and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other connected platforms via GoHighLevel
• Support marketing campaigns and workflow automation tied to social channels
• Create and repurpose short-form video content, including Reels and Shorts
• Monitor community engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly
• Track engagement metrics and compile performance insights
• Prepare regular reporting on social media performance and growth
• Manage automation panels connected to social media platforms
