Responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Design visuals using Canva.
• Develop and publish short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) and YouTube thumbnails.
• Draft, edit, and send regular email newsletters to nurture subscribers.
• Refine AI-generated drafts into publish-ready posts and emails.
• Support Facebook/Meta ad campaigns.
• Track content and campaign performance; suggest improvements.
• Respond to inquiries across social channels and email.
• Help build and document SOPs for marketing processes.
