Job summary

You will coordinate with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff and security to fulfill requests, upsell premium beverages and packages, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions and events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome VIP guests and assist to reserved tables or private areas.
• Manage VIP client relationships and maintain positive guest relations.
• Encourage repeat visits and build patron relationships.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service throughout stays.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and security to fulfill requests.
• Assist with reservations, bottle service, and special event bookings.
• Recommend and upsell premium beverages, food, and promo packages to maximize sales.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Ensure VIP tables are prepared before guest arrivals.
• Keep knowledge of promotions, events, and entertainment schedules up-to-date.
• Answer inquiries about club policies, pricing, and services.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within VIP sections.
• Record VIP reservations accurately and relay special requests to operations.
• Support management in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional experiences.
