Job summary

J-K Network Services is seeking a Vietnamese Recruitment Specialist to support our global food and wellness client. The role is hybrid, based in Bulacan or Makati, with a monthly salary range of 100,000 to 120,000 PHP and a 5-day work week.

Responsibilities include interviewing Vietnamese-speaking candidates, sourcing, posting ads, creating job descriptions, and coordinating screening and language assessments. Visa is provided; shift is dayshift with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Vietnamese language proficiency required
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Open to high school graduates or degree holders of any course

Responsibilities

• Interviewing Vietnamese-speaking candidates
• Sourcing, posting job ads and finding Vietnamese candidates
• Creating job descriptions and discussing job duties
• Screening resumes and matching profiles to positions
• Coordinating weekly checks on openings and filling roles
• Conducting initial screenings online and discussing the role
• Scheduling language assessments and final interviews
• Sending candidate resumes for hiring manager review
• Discussing company name, salary, duties and requirements
• Assisting candidates to complete required documents
