iOutstaff in Mandaluyong is seeking a hands-on recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring on-site. You will partner with hiring managers to write job ads, screen applications, conduct interviews, and support onboarding; fluency in English and Vietnamese is preferred.

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site recruiter position based at Shaw Plaza, 561 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong. You will collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads, advertise openings across careers pages and social networks, screen applications, conduct interviews at various stages, and support the full recruitment lifecycle including onboarding of new recruits.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings

• Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook)

• Screen resumes and applications, and update candidates on hiring processes

• Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round, etc.

• Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance

• Answer candidates' queries regarding the application process

• Provide interview feedback when necessary and appropriate

• Help new recruits with onboarding

About you

• Good verbal and non-verbal English & Vietnamese communication skills

• At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter, or a similar role

• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting

• Experience using various interview formats (e.g., phone, structured, group)

• Good knowledge of labor legislation – Advantage
