Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in HR/Business or related field.
• 5+ years in end-to-end recruitment for volume or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience in a complex, multinational organization (CPG/FMCG/Shared Services preferred).
• Experience with international placements in APAC & North America.
• Fluency in Vietnamese (spoken and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned functions/businesses.
• Partner with line managers and HRBPs to hire best talent.
• Act as a Talent Advisor with market insights and solutions.
• Ensure candidate care and a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Provide recruitment insights, trends and recommendations to stakeholders.
