Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese (verbal and written) and proficient in English.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; healthcare or insurance background is a plus.
• At least 1 year of outbound CS, sales, or retention experience in a BPO or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Vietnamese-speaking clients for policy renewal and retention.
• Explain the benefits of continued coverage and handle objections empathetically.
• Identify client needs and offer suitable plans or promotions.
• Document call details and follow-ups in CRM.
• Aim to meet retention targets and uphold service standards.
• Coordinate with team leads, trainers, QA for improvements.
• Stay updated on healthcare plans, updates, and regulations.
