Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare, life sciences, or business.
• 1–3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a BPO, call center, or healthcare campaign.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
• Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable in a high-volume call environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to leads or existing contacts to promote medical products and generate sales.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or packages for healthcare use cases.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to prospects.
• Handle objections, follow up on warm leads, and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Update CRM or internal systems with accurate customer interactions and outcomes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with team leads, quality analysts, and support teams to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
