Job summary

A staffing solutions firm is seeking a Vietnamese Bilingual - Customer Support Representative for their Taguig office. This onsite position requires proficiency in both Vietnamese and English, with responsibilities including assisting customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through various communication channels. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English in listening, reading, writing, and speaking (B2-level or higher).
• At least 1-year BPO experience/CSR background is preferred.
• Filipino citizens or valid work visa holders.
