The Opportunity

We are building our priority talent pool for Video & Graphic Designer opportunities. Create video-led marketing assets while independently designing the graphics that support them. Unlike the broader Multimedia Designer role, this position is video-first but requires a demonstrable ability to produce stand-alone static creative too.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Video Editing: Edit short-form marketing videos, social clips, and promotional content from provided assets.
• Supporting Graphics: Design title cards, product callouts, overlays, thumbnails, and supporting static graphics.
• Stand-Alone Static Creative: Create stand-alone social and ad graphics when campaigns require coordinated static and video assets.
• Visual Consistency: Maintain consistent color, typography, composition, and visual storytelling across outputs.
• Variations & Delivery: Produce variations for different channels, manage feedback, and deliver polished, organized files.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant creative production with portfolio examples of both video editing and original graphic design.
• Tools: Proficiency with Premiere Pro or CapCut plus Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Cross-Discipline Skills: Strong video pacing, sound, and captions alongside solid graphic design fundamentals.
• Independence: Comfort taking an asset from brief through revision and final export with limited oversight.
• Ownership & QA: Clear communication, ownership, and reliable cross-format QA.

Bonus Points if:

• Paid social ads or e-commerce experience
• Basic After Effects and animated graphics
• AI-assisted production and versioning
