Job summary

GrowthAssistant is seeking a graphic designer to join our 100% remote global team. This evergreen posting targets candidates with 2+ years of professional design experience and a portfolio of real marketing deliverables.

You'll translate briefs into on-brand assets across social, email, websites, and campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma (Canva for templated work) is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio of real marketing deliverables.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and/or Figma, plus Canva.
• Sound typography, layout, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Ability to work from briefs and make thoughtful design decisions independently.
• Clear written communication, organized files, and reliable deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Assets: Design polished static assets for organic social, email campaigns, website banners, landing pages, digital ads, and other marketing needs.
• Brief Execution: Translate briefs, brand guidelines, and reference creative into accurate, on-brand deliverables.
• Multi-Format Adaptation: Adapt designs across sizes, formats, audiences, and platforms while preserving hierarchy and readability.
• Production & QA: Prepare production-ready files, organized source assets, and clean handoffs; proofread and QA your work before delivery.
• Collaboration: Work with marketers, copywriters, and creative leads, incorporating feedback across multiple priorities.

We are building our priority talent pool for Graphic Designer opportunities. Create high-quality digital marketing assets for brands across social, email, websites, campaigns and presentations. This is a design-first position rather than a video-editing or motion-specialist role.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio of real marketing deliverables.
• Design Tools: Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and/or Figma, plus comfort with templated tools such as Canva when needed.
• Design Fundamentals: Sound typography, layout, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Independent Judgment: Ability to work from briefs and make thoughtful design decisions on your own.
• Communication & Organization: Clear written communication, organized files, and reliable deadline management.

Bonus Points if:

• Email marketing or e-commerce creative experience
• Basic motion, video editing, or AI-assisted production workflows
