• Develop and execute long-term retail sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
• Oversee nationwide retail operations, ensuring consistent store performance, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer experience.
• Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Identify new business opportunities, retail formats, and market development initiatives to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
• Drive improvements in store processes, merchandising strategies, and sales programs to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize retail execution and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and sales metrics to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Mentor, coach, and develop the retail sales leadership team to cultivate a high-performing, results-driven organization.
• Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
