• Develop and execute long-term retail sales and operations strategies aligned with corporate and revenue goals.
• Oversee nationwide retail operations to ensure consistent performance and excellent customer experience.
• Lead sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews using data-driven insights.
• Drive new business opportunities, retail innovation, and market expansion initiatives.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key partners, suppliers, and major accounts.
• Optimize store operations, merchandising, and sales programs to improve profitability.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned execution.
• Define, track, and optimize KPIs to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the retail sales leadership team.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging retail technologies.
