• Develop and execute long‑term retail sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
• Oversee nationwide retail operations, ensuring consistent store performance, operational efficiency, and superior customer experience.
• Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Identify new business opportunities, retail formats, and market development initiatives to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
• Drive improvements in store processes, merchandising strategies, and sales programs to maximize sales performance.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize retail execution and drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and sales metrics, ensuring that targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Mentor, coach, and develop the retail sales leadership team to build a high‑performing, results‑driven organization.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
